Implante inmediato con superficie de nano-hidroxiapatita. Reporte de caso

El presente artículo muestra el caso de un paciente de sexo masculino de 33 años de edad, que refirió dolor a nivel de la pieza dentaria 2.1 post-traumatismo y disconformidad estética. Evaluado el caso y realizada la interconsulta con la especialidad de endodoncia se determinó el pronóstico desfavorable para dicha pieza dentaría. Se realizó posteriormente la planificación de la exodoncia mínimamente traumática, colocación de xenoinjerto y la inserción de un implante inmediato con superficie activada mediante la técnica de implante inmediato. Los resultados obtenidos en la posición tridimensional, preservación de las estructuras y estabilidad del implante fueron óptimos, necesario para un adecuado manejo de tejidos blandos y conservar la estética rosada.
